papipum.com is a platform that provides diamond top up services & jockey services which are legal entities and are owned by PT. Syn Finance Technology (PT Individual). All activities and rules directly related to this platform will be fully governed by the terms and conditions below.

In an unspecified time the terms and conditions will be subject to change. Your use of this platform must comply with any changes that are part of the agreement and are bound by the terms in accordance with the existing changes without exception.

Products and Services

The user first selects the product / service that he wants to order according to the data that has been provided. Then the User must follow the steps to make a purchase as follows:

– Filling in Information: Users are required to fill out the form that has been provided including information such as Account ID, Server ID, Email & Password for the use of jockey services or diamond purchasing services
– Selecting a payment method: Users are asked to choose a payment type.
– Whatsapp Users: Users are asked to enter their Whatsapp Number for convenience when transacting and agree to the conditions that apply at papipum.com
– Confirm Order: Users are asked to validate the data that has been previously input.


To provide convenience and certainty for users in making transactions on papipum.com, we have currently implemented an online payment system through E-wallet (DANA, Gopay, ShopeePay), Virtual Account and QRIS (Indonesian Standard QR Code).


Invoice is a valid proof of transaction as proof of order and purchase and as a reference for your purchase reference. Proof of Transaction / Invoice will be sent after the order transaction is successful via Whatsapp BOT.


Users who have paid for orders / purchases cannot request a refund (REFUND), except in the following conditions:
1. Services (Jockey) that are not being worked on for 24 hours, calculated from the last successful payment.
2. Purchases of Diamonds, Gift Skins, Starlights, Gifts Kharisma that are not sent 24 hours due to repairs by 3rd parties.
Refund procedure:
1. We will first send a message to the user for the refund process.
2. We will ask for shipping information such as account number, etc.
3. The refund/refund process will take 1-2 hours.


Delivery of Jockey's products & Services will be carried out after we receive confirmation of payment from the User for the purchase made by the user.
Users can find out the order status / transaction details through the delivery receipt which we will send via whatsapp BOT or transaction history on the papipum.com platform.
Delivery will be made on the same day, if the product order and confirmation Payment confirmation by papipum.com is carried out according to operating hours (10:00 - 22:00) 7 days a week.
